Simply apply barrier cream or heel balm and pull heelers on as you would your socks. They are really easy to launder and quick to dry.

They’re very lightweight, durable and can be worn under socks or stockings day and night. If you enjoy going barefoot you can wear them on all surfaces confident your heels are protected from further cracking while the creams do their job.
