Jan has had a long career in design and manufacturing. She has designed and made many Bridal and Ball gowns, owned and operated a Costume shop in Wellington, involving tailoring and millinery. Scarves and handbags are also among her many skills.

Jan is proud of her grown family’s involvement in her business over the past 5 years since cloth nappies have been her passion.

A son in Los Angeles designs and maintains the Yoyo Nappy website, a son in Sydney handles the hire kits for Australian customers, a daughter designs and prints the flyers and business cards for Yoyo Nappy, and another son in Sydney has his own clothing label www.zanerobe.com. His business advice is invaluable. Her obliging husband does the website photography, computer orders, post and packaging and when bribed, can sometimes be found with a pair of scissors on the production line.

Jan pledges to continue providing quality cloth nappy alternatives as long as parents want them for their babies.
